Delivery and Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $370 for most areas in the continental US with a delivery schedule of 8-21 days. Charges to deliver in Phoenix are $50.00 and within the Tucson areas $70. Remote locations in the Continental US will be subject to additional freight charges. Orders will not be shipped outside of the Continental US. Some states will have black out zones and you must confirm your address and zip code with our customer service agents.

Delivery Service:

Our service includes unpacking, debris removal and light assembly. All products will come packaged in a carton to protect the merchandise. This service does not include removal of product from the customer’s home or connecting/disconnecting or moving any existing furniture in the home. Additional delivery requests are over and above the quoted freight charges and must be approved by our customer service agents before the delivery team will honor the request. Your mattress will be delivered by homedirectUSA.

Accessorial charges:

Additional charges for specific delivery requests may be incurred by the consumer. All delivery details on placement of the order will be honored. Any request made after the order date are subject to charges when applicable. These charges may include disposal charges, stair carries (over 24 steps), time specific delivery, non standard delivery charge, long carries and others.

Missed Delivery:

A re-delivery fee will apply to all customers that are not home for the original scheduled delivery. The initial delivery cost will be charged in full plus a new delivery charge that will not exceed the first, a cancellation fee and a storage fee.
