Delivery Damage:
If you experience delivery damage please inform the delivery team before they leave and have them make a notation. Failure to do so may impact the acceptance of your claim. Please inspect your product and delivery path in your home before signing the drivers manifest. If you notice the damage after delivery please call 866-980-DIVINE(3484) within 72 hours of delivery.
Defective Product:
If your product is defective please contact jgober@aireloom.com. Aireloom will have the bed shipped to their closest facility and inspected. If the bed is defective Airleoom will honor the warranty. If the bed is deemed not defective the bed will be shipped back to your residence. The shipping charges associated with this process will be the consumer’s responsibility
Cancelled order:
All sales are final and are not subject to cancellation. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
